● Brief relaxation and reflection exercise. Pick the emotions to work on with the group

Week 2: Exploring Midjourney & Creative Prompting
Goal: Learn how to use Midjourney effectively to express emotions through A.I-generated art.
● Recap and check-in on last week’s experience
● Deeper dive into Midjourney: crafting meaningful prompts that reflect emotions and themes
● Guided practice: Generate art to depict stress or calmness or other emotions selected by the group
● Introduction to interpreting A.I-generated art emotionally
● Soothing music listening session while creating art
● Group sharing of artworks and reflections

Week 3: Enhancing Art with Hailuoai & Upscale Media
Goal: Use additional A.I tools to refine and elevate artwork.
● Recap and emotional check-in
● Introduction to Hailuoai for style transfer and artistic effects ( learn the different Hailuo.ai directors)
● Using Upscale Media to enhance image quality
● Hands-on exercise: Transform and upscale previous Midjourney images
● Learn basic editing with YouCut to polish finalized pieces
● Reflection on how art transformation affects personal expression

Week 4: Introduction to Google Colab and Python for A.I Art
Goal: Demystify A.I coding tools and enable basic Python use for A.I art creation.
● Overview of Google Colab and its role in A.I art
● Intro to simple Python scripts in Colab that generate or alter images
● Step-by-step guided demo: Run a basic A.I art script
● Individual task: Modify prompts or parameters in the script to personalize output
● Discuss the empowerment of learning coding in creative therapy
● Relaxation exercise with music and art appreciation

Week 5: Integrating Art, Emotion, and Mindfulness
Goal: Deepen emotional expression through A.I art combined with mindfulness.
● Check-in and emotional sharing
● Guided mindfulness meditation focusing on inner feelings
● Use A.I tools (Midjourney + Hailuoai) to create art inspired by the meditation session
● Editing session with YouCut to finalize art pieces while listening to calming music
● Reflective journaling or group discussion on emotional insights

Week 6: Final Project & Sharing Ceremony
Goal: Create a personalized A.I art piece summarizing personal growth and program learnings.
● Review of tools and techniques learned
● Planning and creation of a unique A.I art project that represents your creative & emotional journey
● Optional: Prepare a short sharing/story about your artwork and experience
● Group art sharing and positive feedback
● Closing mindfulness and relaxation exercise
